We had been aware for some time that we had some type of blockage issue in the sewer pipe/s at our house. LCL was recommended to me by a local plumber after tree root ingress was detected in two places after camera inspection. From initial contact, LCL Plumbing was responsive and professional. Cameron phoned and attended for a camera inspection and assessment a few days later. Excavation and re-lining options were discussed. Last Friday (20/03.23), Cameron attended with his men Locky and Chris and with all necessary equipment including a small backhoe that was able to fit through a side gate. The pipe needed repair in three places and after three neat digs I was able to see the extent of the damage to the pipe/s (and the offending tree roots). These young men worked very well together, were polite and professional tradesmen, and did a very effective repair job (new pipe sections, cement as required etc) to the damaged sections. We couldn't be happier that our sewerage problem has now been properly fixed, and for a reasonable price.Thank you again Cameron, Locky and Chris for your good work and to LCL for facilitating same. We are happy to recommend this company for this type of work based on our experience.

Our investment home in Delahey had a blocked down pipe. I called LCL Plumbing and Ben arranged an inspection very swiftly. The drain was blocked with debris and roots over the years. Leon went out to the site and repaired and resolved the issue within half a day and I promptly received the report. Our new home started showing movement so we called a recommended plumber out to inspect our sewer and storm water pipes. The result returned a report that didn’t sit well with us so we proceeded to engage LCL Plumbing. A technical expert Matheus was booked to complete a thorough inspection of all sewer and storm water pipes. Matheus was very thorough and professional. His work ethic and expertise was quickly evident. After receiving my water bill and it being x12 its normal I contacted local plumber as I thought I definitely had a problem. the plumber came out and had told me there was no problems I was not convinced as I could clearly see the meter going up when I had nothing on. I called LCL 24-hour line and was told someone would be out asap, Connor arrived within the hour and was very pleasant. he did a pressure test and said there was definitely a leak, after a walk around the property he was able to find the leak and quickly rectified it. Connor explained everything, was very respectful and understanding that I needed him to be quiet as I had 2 young kids sleeping.Would definitely recommend LCL Plumbing and Drainage.

We had a massive shower pipe blockage caused by root intrusion. I called LCL for help to fix a choked kitchen sink after Mr Drain Man could not resolve it yesterday over 2 hours period. Ben was very reassuring and told me LCL will be able to resolve it and he would send one of his highly recommended Plumber Connor to do the job. Ben was absolutely right! Our 97 year old earthenware sewer needed replacing. (Tree roots repeatedly blocking it). LCL relined the section under the side path (without digging up metres of path) and dug up the section in the front garden (cheaper). Turned up on time when booked. Absolutely professional and explained everything well. Cleaned up as well as they could. We're just left with some excess soil/clay on top of the trench. It'll sink with time and then move some and we'll get going on the garden. Very happy with this major work.?

I recommend this business with confidence. They were very prompt in providing a quote last week and were equally prompt, polite and efficient in engaging with the tenant to arrange access for the comprehensive drainage inspections which occured on the very next day. A couple of days later I received a series of mp4 videos and two written report showing the work done and the findings. I’ve just had a telecon with one of the two experts, Ben Taylor, who explained exactly what was done, how to interpret their reports, and the remediation work he recommends I arrange, in light of their findings and observations. His recommendation (to better manage future run-off) are entirely consistent with the prediction provided 2 weeks earlier by a Structural Engineer. Very safe hands, I would say.

After a number of unsuccessful attempts to locate and clear a blocked storm water pipe I called LCL plumbing. They were able to attend our residence the next morning and arrived on schedule. I explained the problem to Daniel (the plumber) and he quickly got to work with his camera and located a root ball that was causing the storm water run off from our roof to back up and flood down the side of our home. He then proceeded to use a high pressure water jet to travel through the pipes to the blockage and clean out the invading root ball.After successfully resolving the issue, Daniel sent the camera up other pipes to check no other blockages were present. All clear and, being able to watch the whole pipe clearing process on a camera display screen, I was left feeling 100% confident that my pipes were fully cleared.Well done LCL Plumbing! In particular, a huge shout out to Daniel who was:1. On time2. Courteous3. Professional4. Able to quickly remedy our drainage issue.........and keep the cost to the absolute minimum by completing the job in 1 hour.I am only too happy to provide this feedback re our first encounter with LCL Plumbing and they will definitely be our "go to" plumbers if we are in need of plumbing services in the futureAgain, well done LCL!!!

These guys were great! Ben was very responsible and helpful, he would check in with us to see how the job was going. Dennis and Bailey did a great job on fixing our pipe despite it being in a pretty deep and muddy pit. They managed to finish the job within 2 days efficiently and quoted a reasonable price too. We had a blocked sewer drain which after having received a quote from another high profile plumber - which was very high - sought a quote from LCL Plumbing. Not only was the quote so so much cheaper, Ben was able to explain all the works that needed to be done - relocating and replacing a broken boundary trap - in a way we understood the works to be done and the quote.
