I’ve dealt with LCL Plumbing on a number of occasions now and have always had such a positive experience. The whole office team is fantastic, but I mainly deal with Barbara and she is an absolute STAR. She’s so lovely, patient and understanding, and genuinely does everything she can to help. I know so many contractors are stretched and under-resourced at the moment, so I really appreciate how much the team does to accommodate us. We regularly obtain multiple quotes for works and LCL consistently comes out the most reasonably priced. The plumbers who attend on site are also always friendly, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Just a really lovely team of people and a business I’m very happy to recommend.

This is the 2nd review I am leaving for LCL Plumbing. Because google does not allow more than one review, I am editing this in August 2026. I have been hiring LCL for more than 5 years now, and it is always a pleasant and professional experience at fair prices. This time around, Cameron attended to perform a very thorough CCTV inspection of my stormwater and sewer pipes. Cameron took the time to listen to my concerns and provided his advice, all of which he detailed in a report. The recommended repairs were then performed by Yousef and Dennis, both lovely, polite young gentlemen, who took their time to do a careful and professional job. Afterwards, they cleaned up after themselves and left the jobsite spotless. I am grateful for the work they did, and I cannot recommend them enough. I hired LCL plumbing to clean and inspect my storm water pipes as part of an investigation into the source of cracking in my house. After my insurance plumbers had already been through and found nothing, Ben from LCL located a crack and quoted a fair price for repairs. Luke and Allison over the phone, and Ben, Ethan, Kane and Cody in person, were extremely professional and friendly, and very thorough in doing their job the right way. I don't hesitate to recommend them, and I'll definitely be hiring them again in the future. They're a good bunch.

I had a really good experience with LCL and their drainage plumbers. My regular plumber, who is very good and has hundreds of five-star Google reviews, wasn’t able to fix the problem, but LCL did. It was a fairly complex stormwater and drainage issue, and they clearly knew what they were doing. I can’t comment on their other services, but for drainage or stormwater problems I’d definitely recommend them. They also have access to specialist equipment, including cameras and excavators, that a normal plumber may not have readily available. I also really liked that they provided a detailed report with plenty of photos and video footage from the drain inspections. It gives you a clear idea of what they found and what work was done, which is a real point of difference compared with most plumbers I’ve used. Their prices are also quite reasonable and they feel honest to me. If you were like me, at your wits end with a drainage issue, I urge you to give LCL a chance, I personally feel so much better not having my drainage issue hanging over my head and potentially causing damage. I had LCL Plumbing come to check out the drains at my place. They were very informative and explained what the problems were that need fixing. I will be contacting them again to get these problems fixed.

These guys were great. In one visit, with the appropriate equipment, they found roots blocking a distant area of drain, just before stormwater enters the sewerage system , and cleared the blockage. It rained heavily in the next 72 hours, with no flooding this time. The price seemed reasonable.

The plumbers were neat, prompt, professional and kept us informed throughout the process of relining our pipes. We were very happy with their work.

We had a problem one morning with our sewer drain not flowing and water backing up into shower and toilets so couldn't use the bathrooms or toilets. Called LCL at 8.30 and by 10.15 plumbers arrived, unblocked the drain and put the camera into the drainpipe to identify the problem and recommend rectification work needed to stop it reoccurring. Great service to get to us so quickly so we could use our bathroom and toilets again. They've done some sewer pipelining in the past and price was very competitive. Definitely recommended and would use them again.
